Pressing print screen is my idea of cutting edge technology

What I learned today on my journey through developing a Portfolio for Academic Credit.

This semester I am taking a Portfolio Course for Academic Credit. I am on a huge learning curve in how to make a Porfolio look decent and how to use all kinds of technology to do that. I am a cut and paste, email, go on Skype, basic word processing ,blog and add art clips here and there kind of person. I may be able to add a hyperlink. I know about forums and online journals and where to find a lot of resources, write a report a resume and a cover letter. Sort of Life Skills and essential computer literacy to function in a  workplace. But now I have a couple of goals. I want to finish my degree in this lifetime so I am taking a Portfolio course and I would also like to write a book with some poetry content. Both require upgrading my skills ..so today I did something new. I have done it once before on an assignment but forgot about it for regular use..so I pressed Print screen...that button I never use at the top of my page.

Wow look what happened. Its the Blue Moon Reading at the library by the MSA Poetry Society.
Does it look like we are having fun,. Sure does because we are.I just pushed print screen and popped it on the page. Amazing. Obviously it was a long day at Portfolio class and small things amuse me but if I can use this to demonstrate some evidence on my portfolio here and there of activities , that have nice bright colors and are quasi -educational if not just plain enjoyable that is big star on my What I Learned Today chart.  ly. Oh yes and I forgot Assistive technology. On a big learning course for that check out
training modules on SET BC. I am doing them. IPads are now the new took of choice for communications for students who require learning supports in schools for a variety of reasons so it is train the trainers time again..So I am off to do a module on .http://www.setbc.org/setbc/curriculum/at_intro.html . Great place for learning resources . SET BC stands for Special Education Technology. It is a growing universe all of its own assistive technology in the class room..
